Sugga Cooky: cocoa

December's Quesion: December, the most renowned of the holiday months. Christmas, Hanukkah, excetera. Also my birthday month. What do I plan on feasting on for my birthday?

Cooky's Answer: I have requested homemade from scratch spinach and cheese raviolis. For dessert I had first requested a truck went toward with meringue top. Then I changed it to creme brulee. Pots de creme were a close second.

NEW CHALLENGES

LAMB CROWN ROAST: I hope to one day make one of these beauties. I know that lamb can be temperamental, and if not cooked right taste musky. But I have had lamb, and the ways that I have had it (both steak and kebabs) I loved it. I think this would be great for a holiday or fancy dinner.

At the Moment ...

Recent recipes I played with were both successes and learning experiences. I am happy with where I'm at, but still have room to climb higher.

So my upcoming plans for cooking are currently more scattered and spontaneous than usual. I don't have any set plans. Though even when I do I do not get to all of them. I enjoy the fun random thing, but wish I could add some more to my "Firsts" list and improve on some of my others. Happy baking all!
